DELIVERY POLICY
Delivery
We deliver to the following areas: Bronx, Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, Yonkers, Westchester. Deliveries are available from 10am to 4pm M-F, and 9am to 6pm Sat/Sun. Other accommodations can sometimes be made so please contact us.

In order to guarantee ultimate freshness and maintain the highest quality products, we are not currently shipping our items. If you would like to place an order outside of the locations listed above, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Order Placement and Cut-off Times
We ask that orders be placed at least 48 hours in advance. However, we understand that sometimes you need last minute treats! Please contact us if you need a rush order and we will do our best to accommodate.
Delivery Charges
Delivery is free within the Riverdale, Bronx neighborhood.
For delivery to the rest of NYC, Yonkers, and Westchester, a delivery fee is added at checkout.
Delivery to Manhattan, Yonkers, and Westchester is $10, delivery to Brooklyn and Queens is $15. This covers the cost of tolls and gas/subway fare.
Delivery Process
At checkout, please enter your cell phone number, and leave a note to specify when you would like your treats to be ready for delivery. We will text you to coordinate a delivery day and time. Please reply to confirm your availability.

Delivery Timeframes
For specific delivery time requests, please mention this while placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but it is subject to availability.
Packaging and Handling
All products are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive fresh and in perfect condition. If you have any special packaging requests, please let us know when you place your order.
Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods: credit card, PayPal, cash, check
Payment must be made in full before we bake your order.
Order Modifications and Cancellations
If you need to modify your order, please contact us at least 48 hours before scheduled delivery. Cancellations made at least 48 hours before delivery will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 before delivery are non-refundable.
Customer Responsibilities
Please ensure that someone is available to receive the delivery at the specified address and time.
If you have any special delivery instructions, please provide these when placing your order.

Delivery Liability
We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to sudden changes in traffic conditions, weather, or incorrect delivery addresses provided by the customer.
