Ordering

• Orders can be placed via our website, email, or phone.

• Advance notice: We require at least 48 hours notice for all orders to ensure quality and availability.

• Rush orders: Rush orders may be accommodated depending on availability. Additional charges may apply.

 

Payment

• Payment is due at the time of ordering to confirm your order.

• We accept payment via credit/debit card, PayPal, and cash/check.

 

Delivery

• Delivery: We offer delivery within New York City, Yonkers, and Westchester. Delivery fees may apply based on distance. Please see our Delivery Policy for more details.

• Please inspect your order upon delivery. Any issues should be reported immediately.

Liability​

• We accept no liability for any loss or damage you may incur. We package our baked goods as securely as possible. Once the treats are in your possession, we cannot be held responsible for any damage that may come to the treats. If goods are damaged while in your possession, any damages or loss are your responsibility. We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to sudden changes in traffic conditions. weather, or incorrect delivery addresses provided by the customer.

Cancellations and Changes

• Delivery Cancellations & Modifications: Orders canceled 48 hours or more before the scheduled delivery date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours will not receive a refund. Changes to orders may be accommodated if notice is given at least 48 hours in advance.

• Shipping Cancellations & Modifications: If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Once we start baking your order, modifications and cancellations will not be accepted. Cancellations made before we start baking will receive a full refund. Cancellations made once we start baking your order are non-refundable.

 

Allergies and Dietary Restrictions

• We often use PEANUTS, TREE NUTS, WHEAT, DAIRY, EGGS, and SOY in our kitchen. People who are allergic to any of these products consume our treats at their own risk. Please be aware that even if certain baked goods do not contain these ingredients, they are still made in the same kitchen and with the same bowls, utensils, etc. The Sweet Note cannot be held responsible for any allergic reactions or intolerance reactions.

• Please inform us of any allergies or dietary restrictions when placing your order.

• While we take precautions to prevent cross-contamination, please note that our products may contain allergens such as nuts, dairy, wheat, soy, eggs, etc.
